PERFORMANCE COACHING - MZISA 2019 - REHERSALS AND INTERVIEWS @MUSGRAVE, DURBAN
A wonderful afternoon spent at the Silver Oaks Boutique Hotel interacting and educating our fabulous contestants. The interviews revealed a very interesting perspective on the young Indian woman and their fresh approach to life.
After a lovely lunch I was given the opportunity to address the ladies on their social skills, ambassador roles and the fundamental importance of being role models for girls throughout SA.
Introductions included a brief history of PASEN PATWAL HEALING & ISHA aswell as our PATWAL TEAM in India.
They recieved tips on yoga, breathing, energy management and emotional intelligence to name a few. The need and urgent attention for woman emancipation and empowerment was also highlighted.
HEALTH TALK - ISKCON - FOR THE ELDERLY
We will be delivering a talk for approximately 200 elderly guests for a devotee lunch and appreciation event held in DURBAN.
PPH will be addressing the people on health for the elderly and the talk includes skin care, bone health, mental health, hair care and emotional wellbeing. We have furnished the community with Ayurvedic hacks and easy to make remedies at home. Lifestyle tips and more....

We hosted a delightful evening presentation with 14ladies from Limpopo, graduates, professionals, mums and working women and addressed the long term and short goals of this business.
They also learnt some invaluable lessons about the East and its value in having a balanced lifestyle.
