My mission is to help people live more meaningful and healthy lives.  I am a pharmacist by profession, life coach and mentor.  After being in the medical industry for more than a decade I have introduced a range of healing oils and therapies to assist mildly to severely ill people or just the general individual who wants a better lifestyle.

Being the entrepreneur of this business we offer various avenues and alternatives to self and life improvement with life skills.

We also teach the ancient essence and art of lifestyle and living through our programmes, yoga & meditation sessions and community development and interactions.

Healing is an art and strategic element in the living and health process of individuals.  The world of medicine should be broadened and all aspects of life, living, mental, physical and peace is necessary.  Very often the problems of people are temporarily resolved without addressing the source, the adjustment and the individuals personal space and happiness.

Guidance in terms of a purposeful life, how to think, grow and succeed in ones journey and enjoying your current health peacefully are key secrets of the alternate world of health and well-being.

My post graduate studies has channelled my focus on emotional and mental health, curbing overuse of psychiatric drugs by emancipating individuals with self help, self care and lifestyle adjustments to assist them.

My coaching programmes have assisted people of all ages, spiritualities and walks of life.  By informing and teaching people how to reconnect with their higher self, and the elemental resources for energy rejuvenation, they have become successful in improving their quality of life, their health and overall well being.

After growing up in a humble Indian home in South Africa and completing my Bachelor in pharmacy, I decided to pursue manufacturing as my Honors elective.  Growing up in a strict Indian cultural and social background basic values and a strong foundation of “truthful” living was instilled by my parents.

During my 20’s I went forth, studied Quality management and leadership through UNISA and also enjoyed the challenges and happiness of marriage and receiving the amazing birth of my 3children.

I was faced with the dilemma of motherhood or careerhood and chose to be home with my family for about 8years, still working as a pharmacist part time and when the need arose.  It was during this time I developed and began studying ancient manuscripts, yoga, ancient histories and various techniques so that I could offer people alternatives when other routes have failed.

It took me 8years to complete my programmes and life coaching for people of all religions, walks of life and ages.  I also created a range of healing oils and elemental crystal energisers for healing and working with those interested in alternate methods of health and well-being.

I have went on to teach and educate those who are interested in my art.  I also continued my studies to bridge my gap on emotional intelligence and mindfullness.  Graduating through UNISA and IBS (India).

People require inner knowledge and guidance on the makings and functions of our powerful minds and bodies.  How to radiate clear and positive energy and keep our chakras clear and spinning in the positive for our well being, humanity and Mother Earth.

I am also on a continued learning path as a Yogini and Light worker.  I am affiliated with Hinduism, Vedic traditions, Ancient Sanathan Dharma, Sikhism, Buddhism and Monks.  I believe in the unlimited powers of God in all names and forms and therefore all of creation is accepted by me.

I wish to continue making life simple, clear and manageable for people, encouraging harmony instead of destruction.
